I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one side, the staff were incredibly attentive and the dining options were exquisite. However, I faced issues with accessibility and some amenities were lacking, which detracted from the overall experience. It's a beautiful place but it needs improvements.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff was incredibly helpful during a medical emergency, which showed their commitment to guest care. On the other hand, the check-in process was frustrating, and the hotel is not in an ideal location, making it difficult to navigate. The dining experience was decent, and it was great that they accommodated our late-night meal requests. Overall, while I appreciated the service, other aspects need improvement.

The property itself is spacious and full of positive energy, with an exceptional breakfast spread and wonderful dining options.
